Our History
Silver Lake Manor has been assisting the aging population of Wautoma for over 20 years.
It was taken over by new management in April of 2021 by Josiah Grothe, owner of Heartland House Inc, also in Wautoma.
In December of 2022, Silver Lake Manor reopened the small 8 unit building on the property, Haven. It has been converted into a locked Memory Care Unit that is able to provide a safe, calming environment and specialized memory care for those suffering from moderate to advanced dementia.

Our Present
The management team has worked hard over the past several years to build Silver Lake Manor into an assisted living facility that provides the highest quality of care to its residents.
All the hard work has paid off and the facility now boasts a wonderful team of caregivers and support staff that provide top notch care with lots of compassion and laughter.

At Silver Lake Manor, Inc we continue to strive for excellence. With continuing education and training, our staff are ready to handle whatever the future of our residents may hold.
