About Silver Lake Manor

Josiah grew up in the assisted living setting.  His parents owned several assisted livings while he was growing up and he learned and worked every position available. 

After graduating from college and nursing school, he eventually bought Heartland House in Wautoma from his parents.  He acquired Silver Lake Manor in Spring of 2021.

Josiah is married with 5 children.  He enjoys spending his free time with his family and doing things outdoors.

Becky has been working in an assisted living setting for over 17 years, starting as a caregiver.  In 2014, she completed her Masters in Healthcare Administration and Gerontology.  She then became an administrator at Heartland House where she worked until transitioning to Silver Lake Manor in 2021.

She is passionate about care, whether at work or while volunteering on the board of a local cat rescue.

She enjoys spending her free time with family and friends, her husband and their 2 black labs. She is an avid reader.
